It's Meatless Monday, and this vegetarian menu is available only tonight:
organic mixed greens
anjou pears, hook's blue cheese, & sherry vinaigrette
farro and beet salad
growing power farms swiss chard, toasted hazelnuts, & housemade ricotta
heirloom apple and fennel salad
pumpkin seeds, evalon goat cheese, & champagne vinaigrette
roasted cauliflower and broccoli salad
toasted almonds & sherry vinaigrette
fire roasted artichokes
oven dried tomatoes, salsa verde, & dante cheese
baked polenta
mushroom cream, lambs quarter spinach, carmelized onions, & taleggio cheese
cheese arancini
prosecco & marscapone cheese, served with spicy aioli

I can't make it in tonight, so instead I just pulled a cork on a Bin 36 2002 Brians Blend IX Syrah. Brian and the Beckmen vineyard have done it again!
ReplyDeleteDeep, gorgeous color, color so deep I'm lost in it, a nose taking me to places I'd rather be - dark fruits with cherry overtones and earth. Chewy (a good thing!)and full with a finish that's letting me keep my feet up and enjoy! Thank you Brian!
